Renna Forge

Renna Forge is the leader of the Blackram, Ravenhold’s primary martial guild. Her authority is based on experience, discipline, and consistent command in conflict. Under her leadership, the Blackram developed from a mercenary force into a structured defensive organization responsible for the city’s security. She avoids political involvement but remains central to Ravenhold’s stability.

Appearance

Renna Forge is a large, heavily built warrior. She wears blackened plate armor marked by repeated use, with visible damage from prolonged service. Her breastplate bears a single engraved ram’s skull. Her hair is cut short and practical, ash-gray in color. Her body shows extensive scarring from combat injuries. Her left arm has been replaced with an iron prosthetic. It is unrefined in appearance and designed for durability and force rather than precision.

Role in Ravenhold

Renna Forge oversees the deployment and training of Blackram forces. Her responsibilities include maintaining security along the harbor and cliff-paths, enforcing internal guild order, managing the Blackram barracks, and coordinating with Vigil and the Guild of Hollow Eyes during larger threats.

History

Renna Forge served in the reconstruction campaigns following The Godwar. She joined the Blackram at the minimum eligible age and remained within the guild throughout her career. She lost her arm during a skirmish involving explosive munitions. She declined an arcane replacement and instead adopted a mechanical prosthetic. Her advancement within the Blackram was based on operational reliability and battlefield effectiveness rather than formal ambition.
